A few days ago I believed about how exactly different my eating continues to be since two years ago. I’ve discovered this unique accomplishment of balance and clean focused eating within my diet. I’ve remained from the extremes of overeating and undereating and in some way just appear to stay in this happy place. Today I’m discussing a remarkably easy and scrumptious recipe for chicken burrito bowls inspired through the ever-popular Chipotle. Surprisingly, I did not have Chipotle until I was a sophomore attending college. I purchased a burrito, being unsure of how GIANT they’re and nearly given out from stuffing myself silly. Nowadays I accept the lighter burrito bowls, and sometimes I make sure they are at home. They’re easy, flavorful as well as an amazing method to meal prep for that week.
Firstly, I’m the realest. Wait, that’s an Iggy song lyric. Support.
Firstly, we make chicken!
It’s my job to result in the chicken within the slow oven for ease, however if you simply want you can just bake it. I’ve incorporated directions for which means you aren’t limited.
Next, there’s always beans. I election black beans, but pinto will also be drop dead scrumptious.
How about that absolutely amazing corn salsa? I can’t get enough. Mine is filled with sweet corn, red onion, cilantro & more lime juice.

Cheese! I election for Go Veggie’s Lactose Free Monterey Jack & Cheddar Shreds.
Topping are endless. I usually decide on a couple of slices of avocado, jalapenos (I love dat spice), and often greek yogurt.
After I’m done cooking my chicken and grain, I evenly divide everything into individual containers and stick them within the fridge for simple reheating.
